Great spot for a quick lobster fix. The lobsters where live in open tanks and cooked about 50ft from the tables in boiling ocean water, so they are packed with flavor. Mine where watery, but I’m used to steamed lobster, so not sure what amount of water is normal for boiled. They were very sweet and packed with meat. Hubby’s was less watery, but slightly over cooked. I did 2 of the 1 1/4 lbs and hubby did the 2 lb lobster. Clam chowder was nice and chunky with clam and not just potatoes. Hubby is not into seafood, but he enjoyed it. We would come back again. Service was quick and direct, don’t expect to be coddled. BYOB, they do sell caned sodas or water for 2. Cash only, atm on premises. 15% gratuity charged automatically, 20% for parties of 6 or more. Free parking on premises.

It is a great place to have lobster. The place by the water. Good views, nice, and quick service! Their lobster rolls, steam clams, clam chowder and lobster bisque were great!

The best lobster and steamed longneck clams I've had. We split 2 lbs clams and a 2.4 pound lobster and both were fresh and flavorful. The setting is perfect, on the water but far enough from the road to be comfortable and accessible. Exquisite! Cash only (ATM on site) and BYOB.

Love this place. Super authentic! Great ambiance. Nice owners. I had the lobster roll which I enjoyed. My brothers has the 1.5 lb cooked lobster. I also had the lobster bisque which was delicious and very flavorful. Next time I’ll try the clam chowder. I also had the oysters on the half shell which was a good value. Didn’t care for the Cole slaw, but the potato salad was good. The outside dining is on a pier and is very comfortable and relaxing.

Happened upon this gem by accident and the lobster bisque and lobster roll were the best that I have had in New England. What's more is that she allows you to bring your own alcohol to sip while enjoying the gorgeous views. Only opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cash only but there is an ATM on site.

Morrison is right on the water. Inside tables could be noisy & Steamy from cooking right there. Best seats are right out on the deck . Had lobster rolls and lobster bisque. Lobster was fantastic with the butter. Bisque was good but almost puree with very little lobster meat. People around us had full lobsters and they looked great. Go for the roll . No work and the price was right. Totally filling

My wife and I found this place accidentally a few years ago. Right outside of downtown Portsmouth it is the best kept secret on the island. We recently made the 50 mile trip just for a lunch date!

What a gem! We had 2 pounds of clams - the largest I’ve ever seen in my life! - and plump lobster rolls. This is one of those places Anthony Bourdain would probably swoon about. Menu has a limited number of items which all seem to be fantastic, served simply on a quiet deck with a gorgeous view and the BYOB of your choice. The owner was very nice. Can’t wait to some again!
